As Cai comes to the end of his 1-year university placement with us, we want to take a moment to recognise the incredible progress he’s made during his time at Thomas Plant Hire.

From day one, Cai showed a real willingness to learn, adapt, and get stuck in. Over the past year, he’s gained invaluable industry knowledge, developed customer and organisational skills, and become a valued member of the team.

It’s been a pleasure watching him grow in confidence and capability, and we’ve no doubt he’s got a bright future ahead in the plant and machinery sector (or whatever path he chooses next!).
