Due to continued business growth, Thomas Plant Hire Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HGV Class 1 Low Loader Driver to join our team at our Bolton depot.

This is a great opportunity to join a family-owned and operated company with a strong reputation and nationwide presence. With a growing fleet and an expanding customer base, we are looking for a professional driver to support our busy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering and the collection of a range of plant machinery and equipment
• Transporting to and from customer sites, depots, and home addresses
• Completing vehicle condition ‘check sheets’ at pick-up and drop-off points
• Ensuring safe loading/unloading in compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Representing Thomas Plant Hire Ltd in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
• Experience with low loader trailers (preferred but not essential)
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
• Strong work ethic and a team player attitude
• Good communication and organisational skills
